Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Onalaska, WI is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support role. This position emphasizes reliability, donor safety, and patient-focused service while fitting a flexible 3+ day weekly schedule with 4–6 hour shifts.

You will complete paid training, learn to use our Donor Information System, screen donors, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected, with competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to walk/stand for the shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass training and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and follow approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
