Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in Wisconsin (Onalaska) to support plasma collection operations. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with a paid interactive training program. You’ll greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and assist with center processes to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally to 50 lbs.
• Will work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Glove use due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and manage donor floor flow.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Record donor data in the Donor Information System and coordinate donor flow.
