Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support for our Janesville center. You will greet donors, screen eligibility, take vital signs, and document results while working with the Donor Information System. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service as the donors provide life-changing plasma. A high school diploma and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center processes per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
