Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Janesville, WI is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist. Shifts are typically 4 to 6 hours, 3+ days per week, with mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

You will interact with donors, perform phlebotomy, screen donors, and maintain accurate records in our Donor Information System, coordinating donor compensation and supporting center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for shift duration.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs and occasional heavier loads.
• Customer-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors as the first point of contact.
• Screen new and returning donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per procedures.
• Cover a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
