Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Heavy lifting/physical ability as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, prioritize donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes to center processes.
• Be available for donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
