Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support in Janesville, WI. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform donor screening, vital signs, and charting to support center operations.

Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with advanced notice of schedule changes. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer- or patient-facing role is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety of donors and team.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
