Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities. Expect 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager.

You will screen donors, record vitals, and coordinate donor compensation while ensuring donor safety and high-quality care. We provide paid, interactive training and a schedule designed to fit your life, with flexibility emphasized to balance commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Record donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
