Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomy support to help collect high-quality plasma and assist in center operations. You will work with donors, screen and record vital signs, and ensure safety during scheduled hours.

The role offers a paid training program and flexible scheduling to fit your life, including weekends and holidays. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and contribute to a patient-focused team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; frequent light lifting.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; gloves required in most tasks.
• 1+ year customer or patient-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement approved process changes.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
