Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener to support center operations in American Fork, UT. You will screen donors, record vitals, and coordinate donor compensation while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Shifts are 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with weekend and holiday coverage. Prior customer-facing experience is beneficial; training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety during shifts.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and initiate approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
