Job summary

BioLife, part of Takeda, is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener to join our team in Oshkosh, WI. You will perform phlebotomy support and donor screening to keep plasma center operations running smoothly, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts and lift moderate weights.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as part of the role.
• Confidence with handling bloodborne pathogens and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate changes to center processes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
