Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Appleton, WI is seeking a dedicated part-time Plasma Donor Screener and phlebotomy support to join our center team. You’ll work 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with paid training and a schedule designed to fit your life.

You'll answer phones, greet donors, screen first-time and returning donors, record vitals, and maintain accurate donor charts. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of tasks require glove wear.
• 1 or more years minimum experience in customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vitals and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for improvement and implement changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
