Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen donors, answer phones, and ensure donor safety.
• Record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
