Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in West Fargo, ND is seeking a dedicated part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma collection operations. You will screen donors, collect vital signs, and assist with donor compensation while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience helpful.
• Basic phlebotomy skills or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
