Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener with phlebotomy responsibilities to support plasma center operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and contribute to donor safety and center efficiency.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety of donors and team.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
