BioLife Plasma Services in Milwaukee is seeking a Medical Customer Service/Phlebotomist (Part Time). You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, greet donors, and ensure safety while handling donor information with our system.

Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support plasma center operations. The role emphasizes strong customer service, donor care, and accuracy in record-keeping, with training provided and potential advancement opportunities within a fast-paced

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
Help identify operational opportunities for improvement and initiate changes per procedures.
Support donors by working a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
