Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk during shifts.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles helpful.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen donors, record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes following procedures.
• Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
