Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. Shifts are 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week, offering flexibility for balancing commitments.

You will answer phones, greet donors, screen donors, record vital signs, and coordinate donor charts using our Donor Information System. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required, with comprehensive Day One benefits and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good motor coordination and hearing.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and coordinate donor compensation.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
