Job summary

BioLife is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support role at our Janesville center. You will interact with donors, screen for eligibility, perform finger sticks, and help maintain donor charts and compensation records. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for center process improvements per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
