Job Description and Position Requirements

Penn State Harrisburg's School of Science, Engineering, and Technology invites applications for a part-time faculty opening in Physics, Astronomy, and/or Earth Science effective August 2025.

Job Duties
  • The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate Physics, Astronomy, and/or Earth Science courses.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum qualifications include Master's degrees, at least one of which should be in physics or a closely related field, and relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Applicants should submit a cover letter and resume at the time of application.
