Job summary

Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness in Ventura is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Technician at our Loma Vista Rd location. You will support therapists, prepare treatment spaces, and assist patients with prep and equipment in a friendly clinic setting.

The role includes front desk support during uncovered hours, processing co-pays, scheduling, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment. Experience in customer service and Microsoft Office is valued.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a +.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room and assist patients before therapy sessions.
• Greet patients, assist with clothing, and maintain privacy.
• Assist with scheduling and front desk tasks during shifts.
• Collect co-pays and process payments according to policy.
• Support therapists and ensure a clean, organized work area.
