Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and front desk operations. The role focuses on patient comfort, equipment prep, and accurate records while contributing to a welcoming, efficient clinic environment.

The position is part-time/per diem with clinic hours Mon–Fri, 6am–8pm. Prior healthcare exposure is a plus, and strong teamwork is essential to patient care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure positive patient experiences.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing tasks.
• Assist front office with tasks during downtime (phones, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing).
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure therapy areas and equipment are clean and organized; daily cleaning and stocking.
