Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans for patients.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
