Avalon Health Care Group in Roosevelt, UT is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our rehab team on a part-time basis. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and support patient recovery.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting, current state license, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to lift and move patients as needed. Join a caring, collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans for patients.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is hiring a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team!

Part Time

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses and will be able to work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist and the rest of our team of healthcare professionals.
