Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, help with treatments, and manage administrative tasks in a clinic setting. Compliance with state practice acts is required.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, supporting therapists, documenting activities, restocking, and answering calls. This role emphasizes compassion, attention to detail, and teamwork within a busy rehab clinic.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly document projects; time management.
• Patient satisfaction: Providing care/service that exceeds expectations; energetic team player; compassion for patients.
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients and complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists with treatments.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises and functional activities under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs) and modalities (ultrasounds, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, restocks supplies, maintains restrooms.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and files paperwork and charts.
