Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative tasks in a patient-centered clinic environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and time management skills, with duties ranging from preparing patients to assisting with inventory and scheduling. A supportive team and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to document projects clearly and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Commitment to patient satisfaction and being a team player.
• Compassion toward patients and thorough task completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists with procedures.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and functional activities.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Clean treatment areas and equipment after use.
• Maintain restrooms and supply areas; restock as needed.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies.
