Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support Patient Experience Coordinators and clinicians. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and perform administrative and clinical tasks in compliance with state requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatments, assisting with exercises, and handling routine modalities while maintaining a clean clinic and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication, documentation, attention to detail, time management, teamwork, compassion.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains restrooms and supply areas.
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing.
• Assist with inventory and supplies management.
