Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and perform administrative tasks in compliance with state requirements.

Essential duties include preparing patients, assisting with therapies, managing supplies, and handling phones and scheduling. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion for patients, and attention to detail in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under professional supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restocks supplies and maintains restrooms and areas.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
• Tracks clinic supplies and may order inventory.
