Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. The role greets patients, supports therapists, and performs administrative tasks in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or internship preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Patient satisfaction: provide care that exceeds expectations.
• Energetic and a team player.
• Complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments, assisting with devices and routine care.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under staff guidance.
• Administers routine treatments like hot/cold packs, Ultrasounds, and electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets and storage.
• Restocks restrooms and common areas with supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones and scheduling.
• Supports inventory tracking and may order supplies.
