Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support physical therapists and patient experience staff in our Indiana clinic. You will greet patients, prepare them for therapy, and assist with treatments while maintaining high standards of care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and attention to detail in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This is a part-time position with benefits outlined above.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Previous Rehab Tech or Clinical Aide experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to clearly document all projects.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists during treatments.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises under supervision of professionals.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Clean treatment area and equipment after use.
• Wash linens, towels, and maintain supply areas.
• Restock restrooms and restock paper towels, tissue paper, soap and supplies.
• Assist patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Track supplies and may order inventory for the clinic.
