Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a busy clinic in Indiana. You will greet patients, help with admin duties, and assist during treatment under the supervision of physical therapists and PTAs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient care, and accuracy in documentation, with duties spanning administrative tasks, patient assistance, and basic treatment support in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients.
• Energetic and a team player.
• Complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and assists patients with exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restrooms and common areas kept clean and stocked.
