Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians with administrative and clinical duties in our Indiana clinic. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and support treatment activities in compliance with state requirements.

Key duties include preparing patients, aiding exercises, basic modalities, and maintaining clean spaces. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; prior rehab tech experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required; internship preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to document clearly.
• Attention to detail and time management; patient satisfaction oriented.
• Energetic, team player with compassion for patients.
• Able to complete tasks thoroughly; basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and functional activities.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities like Ultrasounds/Electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment; maintains linen supplies.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
• May help track non-medical and medical supplies and order inventory.
