Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, help with administrative tasks, and support therapists during treatments in a professional clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Aide experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to clearly document all tasks and manage production.

• Demonstrates compassion and teamwork in patient care.
• Proficiency with basic office equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist with devices.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises under clinician supervision.
• Provide routine treatments and modalities as directed by staff.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment after treatment.
• Restock supplies and manage linens as needed.
• Support the patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of clinic supplies.
