Job summary

Athletico in Indianapolis is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator with administrative and clinical duties. You will greet patients as they arrive, support therapists during treatments, and help ensure all activities follow state practice act requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during procedures.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and activities.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and ultrasound/electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Manages linens, restrooms and restocks supplies as needed.
• Assists front desk with calls, scheduling and filing paperwork.
• Keeps track of non-medical and medical clinic supplies.
