Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; intern preferred
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to clearly document projects and manage production
• Attention to detail and time management
• Commitment to patient satisfaction and teamwork
• Compassion toward patients and ability to complete tasks thoroughly
• Basic knowledge of office equipment

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist during treatments
• Safeguard, motivate, and assist patients during exercises under supervision
• Provide routine treatments and modalities (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
• Clean treatment area and equipment after use
• Wash linens, restock supplies, and maintain restrooms
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork
• Assist in inventory management of clinic supplies
