Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Patient-focused with a compassionate approach.
• Energetic and a team player.
• Complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and assists patients with exercises and activities.
• Administers routine treatments and modalities as directed.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Maintains linens and restrooms; restocks supplies.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and files paperwork.
• Keeps track of non-medical and medical clinic supplies.
