Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with non-clinical tasks while ensuring compliance with state practice acts.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills-written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients practicing exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities (Ultrasounds, Electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens/towels and restocks supplies.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
