Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, prepare them for therapy, and assist with treatments under state act guidelines. The role includes light administrative tasks and inventory support.

The position emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and reliable collaboration with therapists and assistants in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Team player with compassion and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy and assist with treatments.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and activities.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, electrical stimulation, ultrasound).
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment; restock supplies.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and chart filing; help with inventory.
