Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a clinic setting. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with administrative tasks in compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to document clearly; attention to detail and time management; patient satisfaction; energetic and a team player; compassionate toward patients; complete tasks thoroughly; basic office equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises and activities.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities like Ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restocks restrooms and common areas with supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Assists with tracking non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
