You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, prepare treatment areas, set up equipment, monitor progress, and support home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and appointment times.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Assist onboarding of new patients reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
