Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, and verify benefits.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and assist patients with exercises.
