ATI Physical Therapy in North East, MD is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to physical therapy practices.

You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, prepare treatment areas, and help with exercises and home programs while benefiting from mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience or customer service background.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling coordination.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork and benefits; complete medical forms as needed.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
