ATI Physical Therapy in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide (29 hours per week) to support therapists, prepare treatment areas, and assist patients with exercises. You will greet patients, help with intake and scheduling, monitor progress, and ensure a smooth clinical flow in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration and assist with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support therapists by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and adjusting equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
