Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience (PT aide/technician, Medical Assistant, hospital, PT/ PTA students).
• Certified Personal Trainer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
