Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred (Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology).
• Experience with computers and electronic medical records.
• Maintains CPR Certification for Healthcare Professionals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read, write, speak English clearly and professionally.
• Proficient in Windows Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to work independently and be professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatment setup and modalities under supervision.
• Clean plinths, equipment, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to schedules, may include early mornings, evenings, Saturdays.
• Assist with laundry and ensuring towels/gowns are organized.
• Perform front desk duties including scheduling, registration, and insurance verification.
• Attend monthly clinic staff meetings or obtain meeting notes if absent.
• Support smooth clinic operations and coverage at other CAO locations as needed.
• Participate in Therapy team events and trainings.
