Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support therapists and administrative staff at our clinic in St. Louis. You will help greet patients, prepare them for therapy, and assist with both clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail, with responsibilities including patient prep, device assistance, and document management. This is a part-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
• Ability to document all projects clearly and manage production
• Attention to detail and time management are required
• Patient satisfaction: providing care that exceeds expectations
• Energetic and a team player; compassionate toward patients
• Complete tasks thoroughly; basic office equipment knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises and activities
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets
• Restocks restrooms and other areas with supplies
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing
• Keeps track of non-medical/medical supplies and may order inventory
