Athletico in Liberty, MO is hiring a Rehabilitation Aide (part-time) to support physical therapists and the clinic team. Responsibilities include keeping treatment areas clean, stocking supplies, and delivering excellent customer service to patients.

Requirements include a high school diploma, interest in rehabilitation, and the ability to multitask with clinicians. The role involves standing most of the day and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Demonstrate interest in the rehabilitation field.
• Energetic and a team player.
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients.
• Complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sterilizes treatment areas and equipment used in therapy treatments as necessary between uses.
• Maintains weights and other equipment and ensures all equipment is returned to proper stations after use.
• Keeps gym area, waiting room and restrooms organized and clear of clutter.
• Engages patients in friendly conversations and provides excellent customer service.
• Fills out and accurately updates equipment maintenance sheet and monitors safety parameters.
• Daily inspection of equipment to ensure good working order.
