Hillcrest Health & Living's Hillcrest Rehab Services is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with functional and mobility needs, developing individualized plans of care focused on meaningful outcomes. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the therapy team to coordinate care, educate patients and families, and adjust treatment as patient status evolves.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Nebraska license or a compact-state license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• At least two years of PT experience in long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, home care or similar.
• ABPTS board certification in geriatric, orthopedic, or neurological PT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional and mobility needs with individualized plans of care.
• Develop plans of care based on patient needs, goals, and outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function and independence.
• Progress treatment plans based on patient response and goals.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and safety.
