Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of start date.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) license to practice.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and refine therapy plans with timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive patient-centered care.
• Mentor therapy assistants and students, upholding HCA values.
