Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans.
• Treat patients per physician plan and document progress.
• Supervise PT assistants and students in patient care.
• Record evaluations and daily/weekly notes per policy.
• Participate in discharge planning and caregiver training.
