Job summary

Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our Wellsboro, PA team. In this role you will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, provide skilled therapy, monitor progress, and educate patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The position offers a flexible part-time schedule (10–19 hours per week) with benefits for part-time staff, including PTO, licensure reimbursement, and 401(k) participation after probation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and monitor progress.
• Establish functional goals and modify treatment as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.
